What We Did This Week!

Let's see what we've been working on this week...

Reader's Workshop

In this scene, where Astrid thought she heard Nicole call out Astrid was intense. I dont know what happened next because my teacher did a cliff hanger but I guess Astrid knew it was Nicole's voice. 

I think Astrid felt upset when she heard Nicole. Because in the backstory, Nicole told Astrid that she would go to roller derby camp with Astrid but she didn't. She went with Rachel to dance camp. Astrid has every right to be mad because Rachel was really mean to Astrid in 2nd grade and even gave her a bad name. "Ass-Turd" I mean who does that? Oh I know bullies. -_-

I felt upset when Astrid said Nicole. I want Astrid to beat Nicole AND Rachel up. I hope she does. I want to hurt Rachel and Nicole. Nicole made me angry to. I didn't really like it when Rachel showed up in the book because she was all mean and all but I think the main reason Rachel came back was to steal Nicole away from Astrid. I mean Rachel does want to ruin Astrid's Life. But I think Astrid should start ignoring Nicole and Rachel and just hang out with Zoe.

In the story cardboard kingdom, Seth's parents have been fighting and each night, Seth would be the guard and look out for his dad. One night Seth was on the lookout, without any sleep, he saw his dad drive up near his house so he could get his stuff. Seth was convincing his dad to leave cause he had to protect the house. After his dad left Seth felt good but slowly went to a happy and proud face to a regret and sad face. 

I feel like Seth felt like he regret of his decision because every single day his mom and dad have been fighting in the middle of the day. Seth said it was loud and his dad was scary. This could be a sign of divorce and I also saw a clue of a lady in the car helping Seth's dad get his stuff. That lady was saying " Are you getting your stuff or not."  Which might be his future wife. To further explain, Usually after a argument or a fight you would leave like how Seth's dad did. So was he or was he not packing so he could leave and live somewhere else? Seth's dad was moving somewhere else it said in the backstory. In the backstory, Seth's friends got some news for the animal queen, they said " Seth's dad is going." Someone that lives with you for a long time and stuck with you when you got hurt or felt sad but then one day they left, that would be very heart breaking. Seth noticed that his dad won't ever come back when he was standing on the roof trying to guard the house because he had a contrast and contradiction. He went from a proud face to a sad face, meaning he noticed something and he noticed that he won't see his dad in a long time. To further explain, the clues are Seth's dad was driving in a car, another women was sitting in that same car, the car drove off with Seth just standing there and a few minutes later he noticed the car didn't come back.

If I was in Seth's shoes I would feel really uncomfortable at this moment. My life would be so hard and difficult I couldn't stand it and would cry every single day. I won't be smiling normal because I would think I have lost someone connected to me that's was very important and without that part of the family I feel empty and heartbroken. " Come back, come back, come back." I repeat every single day and draw pictures with a frown on them. My life is turned upside down if I was in Seth's shoes and nothing will go back to normal. Then cause was, Seth's dad leaving. It was all because of him.

         In the scene in class act where drew is talking to jordan and theyre both talking about their feelings and drew just mostly talking about why hes even being friends with liam if he might just be like his parents.

I mostly just thing that drew is over thinking to much but i also feel that he can really have no one to relate to nobody.Yes he did talk to jordan and mr Perrier  .but since his grandma is home late most of the time he cant really talk to his grandma about it that much .

I think that drew should be grateful for what he has .Like dont stop being friends liam its healty to be friends with him.

Writer's Workshop

 Phones in school!.. Phones in school!.. What is all that commotion outside? Phones at lunch!.... OH man, I think we might need to make some changes around here, including sound proof headphones for the teachers at break...In Break. In Opinion I think  kids could have phones at and should school but with a limit.

 Safer for kids walking alone

          I know that it is not that necessary having phones before 3rd and 4th grade, although, an emergency  a phone could come in handy when a kid gets into surprise trouble.  To further enoumerate, maybe three is a crazy Guy trying to get you or something when you are walking home, you could easily call you parents instead of Freaking out and crying.  That could alarm your parents and they will tell you what to do and to stay calm.  What I am trying to say is, is anything happens around the school, and you have a phone with you, it will be better to Call anybody close that you know.

You hear the sizzling sound that sounds like potato chips in the fryer. You wait patiently and then when the chef comes out with your dish you see fried crickets. You take a bite and it smells and tastes exactly like a potato chip! You take another bite and it still tastes like the yummy taste of savory crispy chips. Should we start producing bugs more? I think yes! Keep reading to find out why.

    Well one reason we should eat bugs is because bugs don’t produce much greenhouse gases. So what that means is that it's a lot healthier for our environment. To explain further cows and pigs are a lot less healthy for our environment. Bugs produce a lot less waste and it will also prevent global warming. We also have a ton of cows and if we keep eating beef then our planet keeps getting hotter and hotter 

     Another reason why we should eat bugs is because they are more affordable for poorer countries. This is important because meat can cost a lot of money and people who are poor, they can’t afford things like beef and pork. Bugs on the other hand are cheaper so more people can afford it and not break their bank. Bugs cost less because you can find them more places and they are smaller. Bugs are more affordable for countries that can no longer afford meats like beef wellington.

Mr. Dinh bought the LOUDEST sound system that cost $1,525. He made equal payments over 5 months. How much did he pay each month? SHOW YOUR WORK AND ANSWER!

An easy way to do the math is to know our main numbers 5 and 1,525 and now we add the thousands wich is easy 5 add five five,hundreds and we know 2 five,hundreds are 1000 and its a uneven number of 500,s so that would be 2500 and 5 2,s  is 10 and so if it is 20 it's then 100 and for the final number 5 x 5 = 25 i skipp counted to get those numbers ecept for the thousand because we got 2 more we need to add 5 thousand plus 2 thousand that is 7 thousand 600 25

What We Did This Week....

This is what we worked on this week....

Reader's Workshop

In the story front desk, Mia was like “mom why did you tell the principal that I came from china and her mom said that english could be easy for you because you are chineese and the other kids are american so they will be better than you.  And Mia was like not nessasarely mom but then Mia’s mom was like yes necessarily.

I think that Mia feels really sad because that is not fair to her because that is kind of rassist if you ask me.  To further explain I think Mia feels sad because she is asian and she feels that just because she is asian does not mean that I cant do english as well as the actuall american kids.  I think that Mia feels that her mom is doughting her that she cnt do english and I think parents are supposed to be the complete opisite of what Mia’s mom is saying.

 If I was in Mia’s shoes I would feel mad and sad at the same time.  To further explain I would be mad because if my mother did not have faith in me and did not even think that I could do english like all the other kids something would be wrong.  I would also be sad because that is kind of sad that your own mom does not think that you can do what all the other kids are doing and she has to cut me slack.  I would say mom if you do not have faith in me then I am going to do the work anyway not gonna be special.

In this story front desk, Mia feels offended because of how her mom had say their might be people who are better than Mia in English.

          Mia is like this because of how her mom told that their will be people better than her in English, which I think is not right. I think that that is not right because you can't boss someone like they are better than you when you don't even know who you are talking about, right? In the back story Mia was felling excited until the principal asked Mia "So, where are you from?" that's when Mia WAS going to answer and her mom answered for her that she is from China so Mia was going through her head thinking why did her mom do this and that's when Mia was asking questions.

          If I were to be in Mia's shoes and I was like why did mom just answer the wrong answer for me then I would be confused. I would be confused because I would be thinking Why did my mom answer this for me because like she knows that I can answer for myself, right? To further enumerate if I were to be Mia then I would ask myself well first I'm ten so my mom SHOULD know that I can do this by myself and answer the principal's question so, I would be confused. Last is that why did my parent lie about we were in China when we were somewhere else so based off of this ask your self why why why?

 In the story, Land of Stories, Alex and Conner they spy on their mom and they find her crying on her bed saying “Oh John, what am I going to do, they are such good kids.” The kids come in and sit on the bed with their mom and they say something their dad used to say, “Its a bad chapter in life, but like books it will get better.

          I infer their mom is feeling sorry for what they are going through and that she wishes that she could give them better things and more attention. In the backstory it says that their mom is a nurse at a children's hospital and they are having trouble getting money, so she works extra shifts so she can afford to rent a house. That means that she can’t see her kids often.

          If I were Alex I would be upset that I can’t see my mom often, but happy that she is helping kids that need her help. To further explain, I would want to see her more often, but have her still help the kids that need it. In the backstory I read that their mom will have to work on their birthday so they won’t celebrate their birthday with her, although they weren’t expecting anything big for their birthday.

  In the story Charlotte's Web, Wilbur has taken Charlotte’s egg sack so he could take care of them because Charlotte was getting old, and starting to pass away. Day after day, finally the egg sack started moving and tiny little spiders hopped out one by one. The days passed and it was time for the baby spiders to float off with their web balloons. Wilbur was really emotional and didn’t know what was happening, when one spider explained to him that they have to drift off far far away and build their webs where the wind takes them. Wilbur still didn’t understand and was really sad. Wilbur found three spiders that stayed with him.

 

I feel like Wilbur was asking why, why, why in his head and not paying attention to what was going on on the outside of his brain. Since Wilbur doesn’t have any hands I bet he wanted to grab all of those floating spiders because he didn’t want them to leave. In the backstory, the pig was panicking and questioning Charlotte’s babies why they were leaving him. The picture of the spider babies making a balloon, I noticed Wilbur tearing up. Wilbur was feeling relieved that he got three spiders that would stay with him,  Joy, Aranea, and Nellie. Those were the names he picked out for the three spiders. The snout of the pig was looking up where the doorstep was and staring at the babies on the corner of the entrance while he was trembling with joy!

 

If I was in WIlbur’s shoes I would take a breath in and start sweating and crying that the tiny spider babies are growed up and leaving me behind in the barn cellar because these are Charlotte's babies and I would think that the only memory of Charlotte would be the children she gave birth to. And if I lost the babies I would feel empty and sad that I have lost something meaningful to me which are the spider babies. I would be wanting to spend my whole life with Charlotte’s babies and when they disappear I am heartbroken tears, tears, tears.

Math

1. First I need to set up the equation in order to figure out what fraction of pokemon cards he gave away: 5/1 x 6/9, I added a denominator of 1 under the five so i will be multiply
2. Now I need to multiply 5x6 for the numerators and 1x9 for the denominators.  30/9
3. I need to simplify it because it is a improper fraction, I will be dividing 30/9: there are 3 9s in 30 so that will be my whole number, there is a remainder of 3 so that will be my whole number and last, my denominator will be 9
4. I could still simplify because 9 could divide by 3 with no remainder, that will be 3 as the whole number, 1 as the numerator and 3 as the denominator,like this: 3 1/3 
5. That is my final answer, Andy gave away 3 & ⅓ cards.

There are  4 sheets with 9 Pokemon cards in each sheet. There are 36 cards in all, I know this because 4x9=36. In the problem, it says that Andy gives away 6/9 cards in each sheet.so, if we multiply the 6 by 4, then we get 24. So, Andy gave away 24 pokemon cards out of 36.

2. Since this is multiplication, I must multiply the numerator and denominator: 5x5=25, 1x6=6
3. ⚠️I got 25/6 which is a improper fraction so now I must simplify the fraction to get a proper fraction I will do that by dividing 25/6
4. 25/6/6=4 ½ 
5. I got 4 ½ which is my final answer

First, you start out by drawing five boxes, then you put six circles inside of each box. In the problem it said that you consumed 5/6 of the donuts in each box. So, we would cross out five of the six donuts in each of the boxes. I counted how many donuts were consumed in each box, 5. If we multiply the 5 eaten donuts by all of the 5 donut boxes, we get 25. Originally, there were 30 donuts in all, so you ate 25/30 donuts. You're going to be in the bathroom for a while!

 1. This word problem is basically about donuts and barfing with a stomach ache but that's not we're looking for. That's a distraction to hide what the real problem is. "There are 5 boxes of donuts in room E-8...."  The number 5 was put into this sentence, which is our first number we found. To further explain, during a word problem you need to find key words, meaning words that help you find out what, equation sign you need to use, numbers that add, or multiply by. You need these because, what's a equation without the most important things, equal sign, numbers of course, and equation signs to make it complete. Since we have this number, 5, we now have to move on to our next sentence to search for key words. "Mr. Dinh eats 5/6 of the donuts in each box..." A interesting number lies in this sentence, 5/6. The number 5/6 isn't really a number, it's a fraction. You might think a fraction is a slanted line with two numbers on each side, but that's not what a fraction is. Fractions can also be a while number and a fraction like, 8  3/8. Anyways, a fraction is not a whole number. it's parts of a whole number. For example, a kid had a whole cake and ate 1/6 of it. It's like he ate only one part of that whole cake. Now where were we, oh... we can try to find more key words by looking and searching for words. Each could be one of the numbers. Let's double check, does this word tell us what equation sign we can use, yes, well does it tell us what number is in the equation, na, but it still tells us what equation sigh we need to use.  TO further explain, this word, or I mean key word, says that we have to use multiplication because when I am using multiplication you double numbers like 5x10=50 you are doubling 5 ten times.

           2. And yes, we found key words, did we set up an equation, no. Then our only two numbers are 5 and the fraction, 5/6 and our key word that was identified as multiplication. Well, there ya have it, the equation 5x 5/6. No, we aren't done because we haven't found out the sum which is also known as the answer. Usually when you multiply a fraction ya don't multiply or do anything with the denominator. A denominator is the bottom down number 5/6    <---- and the numerator is the one on the top so just remember this PHRASE," downtown denominator." ( I made this up, at least I think) So cover the denominator and multiply 5x5 will equal 25, because 5,10,15,20,25, doubling 5 by 5 equals 25. Put the denominator back and the sum is...25/6

           3. I see that the numerator is a bigger number than the denominator. It's 19 away so we have to make the numerator bellow .  And 6/6 another 6/6 which equals 2 wholes. TO further explain, if the numerator and the denominator are the same then it makes it a whole like 8/8=1 whole also the same as 6/6=1 and two 6/6 would equal 2 wholes. We have to find out the closest number to 25/6 in the 6's multiplication. Let's skip count, 6,12,18,24. Looks like the closest number to 25 is 24 because it's only one number away. Then we have 1/6 to add to 24/6 so it'll equal 25/6. Add up all the wholes we made, 1,2,3,4 and 1/6 left over. At last 4  and 1/6 is put all together and our equation is complete! 5x5/6= 25/6 and also 4 & 1/6

Prompt: Should students have the right to wear what they want to at school?

Kids should be able to wear what they want to beside what does it matter it doesn’t because we go to school to learn school is not a place wear people judge your fashion I think kids should be able to wear what they want as longas it is not inappropriate.

One reason that kids should pick there clothes is because during recess what if you are uncomfortable in your jean shorts and your button up shirt.  To further explain when it is hot outside and your swetting you dont want to have to sit in your sweat you want to be comfortable but when you wear uniforms you do have to sit in your sweat and you do have to be uncomfortable.  I know from my own experience and even from the article that it is not comfortable.  To further explain in the article it said that kids would complain to there parents that they would  be uncomfortable at recess.

People should have there own style and there and schools should not judge what there feeling are going to be.  To further explain wearing a sertaint tee-shirt expresses yourself and it expresses your feeling and that is a very important part of your mental health and if you did wear your uniform you would be wearing the same colors and the same exact thing.  For example if you wanted to wear a jacket you would have to wear your school uniform jacket every day instead of wearing your own jacket.

One of the things that I spotted in the article was it said that kids might wear things with bad language and inappropriate stuff.  Why would a kid in elementary school even purchase any shirt or jacket that is inappropriate for school.  To further explain that is why there is something called a parent to supervise a kid and I know for a fact that there is no parent out there that lets there child wear something inappropriate to school weather it is something with bad language or something inappropiate.

I think that dress codes are crazy and all of these reasons prove that there really ireason for a dress code and it also proves that kids should be able to wear whatever there feelings are and whatever there style is.  I think that school that have dress codes and uniforms are wrong and I hope they change.

Students should be able to wear whatever they want!

Do you ever get tired of wearing the same thing every single day? I do so we should be able to wear whatever we want. To further explain it gets annoying to have to wear the same thing every day.

Student rights

It’s not just that I want to wear whatever I want, it is also student rights because in the article, it says that, “In 1969, the U.S. The Supreme Court weighed in on the dress code debate. It ruled that students have the right to wear what they want—to a point.” so I feel like I need to have my student rights to wear whatever I want. And the dang supreme court wrote it so I definitely think I should and everybody else get to wear what they want. And the ridiculous dress code that they make is impossible to play sports in or just run in so how are you supposed to get exercise wearing these incredibly tight shorts and the annoying collared shirt.

Hair

You might ask “how more ridiculous can this get?” Well to answer that the answer is a ton. It’s not just student rights they also are specific about our hair I mean that’s just getting WAY to personal b/c how you do your hair is part of you so that rule is getting incredibly personal. In the article it says that, “Adrian, a seventh-grader at Durham middle school in Lewisville, Texas, had a faux (FOH) hawk. That means he combed his hair from the sides into the center and used gel to form it into a peak. But at Adrian’s school, faux hawks aren’t allowed Like many schools, Durham Middle School has a dress code. It bans hairstyles and clothing school officials considered too inappropriate or too distracting. Adrian was held out of class until he got a haircut.” this is absurd it’s not fair that you have to sit out of class just because your hair is the way you like it like I said earlier TOO PERSONAL!

Can someone please answer this. What do you want to do when you go to school to learn right? Yeah so who cares if what your wearing isn’t the uniform as long as it doesn’t have any bad words right? Yeah so why are they so darn specific here’s how someone in the article put it. “I come to school to learn, it shouldn’t matter what I wear.” exactly it shouldn’t and yet principals are so very specific it’s like putting you in a jail cell and tying you to a wall so you can’t escape i mean it’s a jail cell how could they escape. So we come to school to learn not to be put in a jail cell.

Ending

As you can see this dress code is absurd and they need to fix it i mean what’s the point in learning if you try so hard to get comfortable like it should be for nothing we can’t have this anymore.

I think that we should have free dress every day because uniforms are just... bla. Being able to wear what we want to school can be very fun.  Having free dress has many perks to it and you will find out, just keep reading.

Field trips

 On the ride there do you want to be moving every five seconds because your uniform can’t let you get into a comfy position?? Or you can’t go up the bus stairs because your pants or skirt won’t stretch?? Well that is probably from the haem or the way they are made. Our clothes have more comfort than uniforms and on  field trips if you lose a child you can easily spot them by their unique clothing and by their hairstyle.

 Expressing yourself

You can express yourself in so many ways but people most like to express themselves by...clothing. Clothing can really express yourself of what you like or what you want to do when you grow up. If you want you can wear stuff that express you like if you are a goth then you can wear black and if you aren't then you can wear yellow, pink or blue. You can wear things that express you but, you can’t distract the class. Also your rights are balanced with the school's needs.

Don’t be dummy

You can have fun dressing up but don’t wear something inappropriate like bad language.   You can insult or get into trouble if you wear something inappropriate.Also it might distract the class and now because of you the other kids don’t get to learn. I don’t think that you want your friends to get a bad education because of you and your clothes.

What We Did....

 Howdy Folks,

Here's what we've been up to this past week:

Writer's Workshop

We're practicing time management skills and working on writing a paragraph essay within a 45-minute time span!

Cats...Nope to boring…...Oh yeah, one of these puppies should do fine for our family…Dogs and cats are very different but I definitely think dogs are better than cats...

Breeds and sizes

Dogs and cats are 2 most popular pets in America today, which means, there must be different breeds and sizes in order to have the right one for your family.  A dog has 400-800 different breeds which makes finding the right one for your family not that hard.  On the other hand, cats only have 70 breeds to choose from.  To emphasize, a dog will stay with you for a long time so you will have to choose if it is fine to shed, the size and if you have kids, how friendly it will be.  All cats will probably just be lazy and sleep all day.

Exersise

A dog needs daily exercise, like going on walks and getting taken into the back yard.  A human will most likely be with the dog which means they will get exercise with the dog.  To further enumerate, dogs need to go on walks 1-2 times a day which is good for the dog and your body.  But, cats will go in their litter box and do not need walks which is not as much of a benefit for you.  

Safety

Rescue dogs could save humans lives if you train them well, to further explain, have you not heard of those dogs that could sniff out a person buried under snow or even sense danger like a fire.  Unlike dogs, cats will just stare at their owners or lay on the couch sleeping.  Also, from my own puppy experience, my puppy will start barking if a stranger not part of our household comes in the front yard or even just walking by.  That would help because if there was a real robbery a night Cody the puppy could start barking and wake us up or maybe even scare them away.

As you can see, in my opinion, dogs are very great pets and deserve to beat cats. ☺️☺️

Meow meow!! Have you ever thought about getting a dog? Well, maybe you should switch to wanting a cat instead because in my opinion cats are better pets than dogs listen here so I can tell you why cats are the better choice!

Grooming

Instead of having to wash your dog with a bush and waste your time trying to clean it?  Well this is where cats can come in handy.  Cats can groom themselves without you having to try to clean them but instead you could just watch it groom itself and you would not even need to give it a brush!  Further explain, you could go to school or work and when you get home your cat will not come running up to you begging for a bath.  

Companionship

Cats enjoy being alone and you know what?  That means they won’t need company for the whole day like dogs, plus you could just leave your cat at home so that you could go to school, work, to go outside and g- well you get the idea. Cats also are independent so if you leave your cat(s) at home they would be able to find their bowl of food and water on their own.  For example, you would not need to come home to find yourself a hungry cat.

Exercise

Both cats and dogs need exercise but cats need less exercise than dogs do.  For example, you would need to take dogs out on walks and throw balls at far distances for them to get.  But cats are easier to take care of and they are less energetic than dogs.  But your cat would be happy to chase a ball in your living room.

Training

Unlike dogs, cats don’t need training to live with people.  They don’t need to be trained not to jump on people or not to pee in the house. And you would not need to train them to lay down just to have some quiet time.  Instead you could just teach them who to fetch a ball or walk on a leash.  But these lessons are just for fun and you might not even need to teach them these lessons.  For example, you could own a cat and not even need to teach them these lessons.

Noise

Cats don’t bark loud like dogs or bark at the mail person; instead they are calm, cool and collected.  For example, night or day they don't meow super loud or chase you till you are out of breath instead they will just sleep… and sleep… and sleep.  But dogs can really mess up your mental health.  To further emphasize, dogs can bark all around your house and maybe knock something over and keep knocking things down like crazy!

And for all people reading this, this is why cats are better pets than dogs!

Math

The Grandmaster wants to create an E-Sport team to enter a Super Smash Brother tournament. He has chosen four individuals for his e-sport team, but needs to fund each player like getting them consoles, gear, and things like that to practice. The Grandmaster has $8,436 to split between the four individuals, but he can't figure out how to equally divide the cash-cash between the members of his E-Sport team.

1. First, I need to decompose 8,436 in easier parts because it is faster and efficient
2. I will decompose like this, 8,000, 400 and 36 because they could all divide by 4 without any remainders.
3. I will now need to divide those 3 parts by 4, 8,000/4=2000, 400/4=100 and 36/4=9
4. Since we got that over with, my last step is to add all those numbers together: 2000+100=2100, 2100+9=2109

          So, the Grandmaster has 8,436 to split for four people, 8,436 is a great big number that needs to be divided into four parts so we can get a sum of how much everybody gets. Let’s first find out, what divided by four would get us the right number. To further explain, when you do division you would have to think about multiplication, then why not we see if we split 8,436 into our first number. I’ll try 8,000 and see if it checks out. 8,000 / 4 will equal 2 because if you turn division around it would be multiplication. For example say I have 60/2 the sum would be 30 and the same goes as 30x2 and that sum would be 60. So, next we need to find our second number to divide from. How about 300, then let’s check it out! 300/4 would not equal anything even if you turn the equation around and test out multiplication. See, 4x_=300.  To further explain, when I scrolled my memory down and went to my 4’s multiplication there was nothing that equal 30. Then why not 400/4=100 because 4x4=1 and just add all the zeros. Now we have two more numbers to go!  32 and 4? Let’s test them out, 32/4 and 4/4 would both equal 8 and one from the multiplication, 2x4=8 and 8x4=32.

           Always, for me, drawing and making boxes would definitely help me tons because a visual drawing would tell me, there’s three apples left or the answer. For me I drew a box and made four separate lines for little sections. To further explain, I basitectly just cut the rectangle box I drew, into fourths. The numbers, 8,000 , 400 , 32 , and 4 were put in each of those sections of the box I sketched. Divide each number with 4 so we can add all those answers and get our real, true sum for the equation, 8,436/ 4. 4/8,000 equals 2,000 when you cover up all the zeros and then all is left is 4/8 and flipped around in multiplication is 8x4 and the easiest for me is the multiplication equation and  8x4 is 2 then put the three zeros in and 8,000/4=2,000. Now do it with the rest, 400/4= 100 flip it around 4x100=400 and so on, 32/4=8 flip it around, and 4/4=1 flip it around 1x4=4

        Add up 2,000, 100,8, and 1 together and,...2,181! ( my hands were sweating from typing and my hands hurt so much)

How the White Blood Cells Attack the Invaders

           First the invaders show up in your body and then the white blood cells attack. Obviously the need to show up in your body to attack. Then the white blood cells attack. How? Lymphocyte, a white blood cell, will make antibodies and the antibodies are like handcuffs. That means they lock down the body and it stops the germ from spreading all over the place. Macrophages, another white blood cell, will show up and eat up and destroy the bacteria. The Macrophages are a big blood cell that "eat up" all of the bacteria.

The bacteria also known as invaders show up in your body

White Blood cells have to fight the bacteria which the Lymphocyte, a white blood cell, will make antibodies that’ll lock down the germy germ and is kinda like glue. It’s almost like war, when the white blood cells fight off the germs and the antibodies catch the germs and secure them down.

Macrowfagous ,  andither another blood cell, will help out and destroy or defeat the already trapped bacteria.

Reader's Workshop

In the scene where ballister said “what if a cut of your arms then you would see how fast the institution  would cast you aside as they did me.”  my thoughts were dang and I thought that ballister was the villain but no. well actually he is the villain but he isn’t a sore loser like sir “golden”lion. I also thought that sir “golden”lion was supposed to be a “hero” but he is just as bad as ballister in my opinion.

I think ballister is thinking like when “golden”lion said “you’ve never been better than me” I think ballister is thinking yeah your right I was never better than you, I was always way better than you. To further explain later he is just sad when he comes home  and I think it is not sadness as in like he just lost puppy sad, I think it is he is sad b/c “golden”lion  brags when he isn’t better and he doesn’t have any sense of admitting his “mistake.”

I would also feel that way if i was ballister b/c “golden”lion used to be my friend and now he is my fatal enemy and he just bragged he was better when he just lost big time. Not to mention i literally punched him in the face and he still didn’t admit he was wrong WHEN NOBODY ELSE WAS AROUND! So yeah I would be outraged but also sad and I know that those don’t go together but still.

In this scene, blackheart is talking with Goldenloin and then got into a fight. Then blackheart is thinking about cutting of Goldenloin‘s arm but he refuses.

blackheart is mad because in the backstory Goldenloin “accidentally” blew up blackheart’s arm and Goldenloin still doesn’t admit it.

If i were in Goldenloin‘s shoes, i would just admit it and say “i sorry would you forgive me” and become friends again or let him cut off my arm and get a cool robot arm.(would NOT do that in real life but in my imagination :) )

In this scene, The BSC and especially Stacey, was mad at Claudia. They were so mad that they thought of a rude plan to eat all of Claudia's candy and treats.  

Stacey is furious at Claudia because she asked her best friend out, and Claudia basically "lied" because she said that she need to work in the library. But when Ashely asked her to go, she went anyway. That makes Stacey think that Claudia's new friend was more important than her. Then that's why she lied. She said she has to work but actually she went out with Ashely. She didn't mean to, but Stacey is correct that she was lying.

If I were in Stacey's shoes, I would feel the same about how mad at her, but I wouldn't come up with the jerky plan to eat all of my best friend's candy. But in real life my second best friend ate my candy before when I was doing some work and one day I caught her. I was mad at her but I didn't steal her candy back or anything. I told her stop taking my candy and if she asks me I would give some to her. So if I were in Stacey's shoes, I would also try to calm down instead of doing something bad back.

In this scene, after eating almost all of Claudia’s snacks and messing her room up, they baby sitters club stopped and thought for a second and noticed that maybe, just maybe Ashley was using Claudia for an art project. And Stacey wonders if how good of a friend Ashley really is.

         I feel like Stacey feels like she finally knows, she finally knows that Claudia wasn’t actually dumping her and not going to the mall with her.Claudia was being used in a sort of way for a art project which’s making me think that Ashley might be a mad artist. Every Single day, there would be Ashley standing in Claudia's way. Preventing her from doing her homework, making her think baby sitting is just a silly game, tricking her that art is the most important thing in the world, and lastly preventing her from getting to her meetings and skipping, now three baby sitters club meetings. But that’s not it, Ashley has been the reason she didn’t show up and Claudia was been absent for the same reasons, art. 

         If I was in Stacey’s shoes I would feel like to show up at Ashley’s house and talk to her, fiercely and step on her feet like she’s nobody’s business. Claudia is my best friend and I like her, not because of her fashion, it’s because she’s Claudia. So back off Ashley and scram because she’s my best friend and if you, Ashley ever had a friend you would use them for the wrong ways!
