Here are some activities we got down with on Friday!
We listened to a crew of fifth graders give a presentation on water treatment, and while actively listening, we took down some keywords in order to summarize to a peer how water gets treated for safe drinking!

We also did a spot of Writer's Workshop, where we viewed a small moment (me eating a granola bar doused in hot sauce) and then used our storyteller's voice by detailing the action, bit-by-bit, as well as utilizing dialogue in our story!
And since it was Friday, we also worked on our positive social behavior during lunch (a.k.a Pokemon Friday)
And we continued to work on our positive social behavior by helping our kinder buddies practice theirs!
